摘要摘要 摘要 摘要 城市预警机是同济大学中德学院罗德施瓦茨基金教研室与同济大学航空航 天与力学学院合作开发项目。城市预警机无线传输系统主要由视频信息采集模 块、图像信息压缩处理模块、无线数据传输模块和监控管理中心四部分组成， 该系统将监控设备通过通用分组无线业务(GPRS)公共网络与监控中心相连接， 进行实时的远程图像传送，实现移动灵活的监控目的，终端用户可利用计算机 监视器等各种方式进行远程监控。 视频信息的采集工作由模拟摄像头完成，使用1rI公司的DSP数据处理芯片完 成图像数据的压缩编码，将模拟视频信号转换为压缩后的图像数据流。为将经 过JPEG压缩后的图像数据发送到远程监控计算机，实现无线远程监控的功能， 还需要开发GPRS无线数据模块的网络连接程序和数据通信程序。 本论文的主要任务就是开发和设计一个基于TMS320DM642的数字监控平 台，包括在微驱动操作系统DSP／BIOS上系统软件框架的设计、JPEG标准算法在 系统软件上的集成、GPRS无线网络传输功能的实现、远程监控端图像显示软件 的设计以及之后的系统软件调试。最终，城市预警机无线传输系统实现了有效 的远程图像监控功能。 关键词：视频监控，图像压缩，通用分组无线业务，DM642数字信号处理器 ABSTRACTThe ABSTRACT The city early-warning a卸lane is a cooperative development project of RohdeSchwarz Fund Lab of Chinese-German College and School of Aerospace and Mechanics in Tongji University．Its wireless transmit system is mainly consists of video information collection module，image data compression module，wireless data transmission module and monitoring centre，this system delivers real-time image by connecting monitoring equipment and monitoring centre through General Packet Radio Service(GPRS)network,achieving flexible monitoring purpose，the end user can make use of computer displayers and other equipments for the monitoring． Video information is acquired by analog camera,and T1 DSP chip take the compression work of acquired image data,SO analog video signal is converted into digital data stream．Then,in order to send／PEG image to remote monitoring computer for the purpose of achieving remote wireless surveillance．it also has to design internet connecting program for GPRS wireless module and program for data communication． In this paper,the main task is design and implementation of a digital surveillance platform based on the TMS320DM642 processor,includeing the systematic SOfwalre framework design based on DSP／BIOS micro-drive operating system,the integration of standard JPEG algorithm in systematic sofware，the realization of GPRS wireless network transmission function，the design of remote real-time image display software，as we
