栏纪鹏：基丁GIS的路面管理系统摘 栏纪鹏：基丁GIS的路面管理系统 摘 要 路面管理系统(PMS)已经成为道路管理部门进行养护规划以及道路养护投资的重 要分析工具。本文在分析当前国内外地理信息系统(GIS)技术在路而管理系统应用的 基础上，明确了基于GIS的路面管理系统相比传统路面管理系统的优势，总结了GIS 在路面管理系统应用的主要功能、目的、特点及发展趋势，初步探讨可将GIS普遍应用 于地区级路面管理的可行性，设计出利用GIS二次开发建立路面管理系统的结构框架， 并提出了各项功能实现的具体方法和模式。． 本文的特点是将PMS集成到GIS软件平台中，将传统路面管理系统与基于GIS的 路面管理系统相结合，根据公路管理者在实践提出的具体要求，兼顾了GIS界面与传统 路面管理系统的优势，顺利实现传统路面管理系统到基于GIS路面管理系统的过渡。 本文研究与实践的要点着重在系统丌发过程中，将地区级路面管理系统数据库组建 于GIS平台上，并结合数据库建立原则，对系统的空间数据库和属性数据库进行了设计， 将两者进行链接建立路面管理系统数据库；对软件的开发模式和开发工具进行比对选择 后，应用Maplnfo软件与MapBasic语言，可将路面管理系统中采集系统的里程桩定位 参照系统转化为GIS数据库中大地坐标定位参照系统，解决了路段动态切割、地理精 度等路线在GIS中的要点问题；利用Visual Basic 6．0与MapX控件、Access数据库的 联合开发，实现地图与数据的双向快速查询；参照相关路面评价方法，开发相应的路面 使用性能分析评价模块，并实现系统设计的各项基本功能。 最后，本文在上述研究内容的基础上开发出了基于GIS的地区级路面管理系统，并 阐述了该系统的各个组成部分和该系统的主要功能，同时叙述了基于GIS路面管理系统 研究的结论，以及对该系统进一步的研究内容进行了展望。 关键词：路面管理系统(PMS)：地理信息系统(GIs)；数据库；二次开发 V 大连理工大学硕士学位论文The 大连理工大学硕士学位论文 The Pavement Management System Based on GIS Abstract Pavement Management System(PMS)has played an imponant role in both maintenance and investment of pavements as a powerful analysis t001．This paper analyses the current technology of Geographic Information System(GIS)at home and abroad as well as the application to PMS．The predominance of PMS based on GIS is definite compared to the traditional one．It depicts the main functions，aims，features and expansionary trend in the GIS’s application to PMS．It also discusses the universal feasibilities about the G1S’s application to the regional level PMS and works out a stmctaral framework by developing the GIS sofeware twice and also set up stmctural framing about the PMS．The way to realize the function modules of the system is explored too． The characteristic of this paper is extending the functions of PMS on GIS platform for the request of pavement mangers，combining the predominance of the PMS on GIS and that in the tradition，and then the transition between them is realized． The focus of research and practice in this paper is being put on establishing the PMS In Regional L
