摘要 塑料模具，是塑料加工工业中的塑料成型机配套，赋予塑料制件以完整构型和精确尺寸的工具。由于塑料品种个加工方法繁多，塑料成型机和塑料制品的机构又繁简不一，所以塑料模具的种类和机构也是多种多样的。 一般塑料模具具有动模和定模两部分组成，动模安装在注射成型机的移动模块上，定模安装在注塑成型机的固定板上。在注射成型时动模与定模闭合构成浇注系统和型腔开模是动模和定模分离以便取出塑料制品。 模具的结构虽然由于塑料品种和性能、塑料制品的形状和结构以及注射机的类型等不同而可能千变万化，但是基本结构是一致的。模具主要是由浇注系统、调温系统、成型零件和结构零件组成。其中浇注系统和成型零件是塑料直接接触部分，并随塑料和制品而变化，是塑料模具中最复杂，变化最大，要求加工光洁度和精度最高的部分。 关键词：固定；千变万化；精度最高。 Abstract Plastic mold, plastic processing industry in the plastic molding machine, to give the plastic parts to complete the configuration and precise size of the tool. The general plastic mold has two parts, which are the model of the mold and the fixed mold. The dynamic mode is fixed on the injection molding machine. In the injection molding movable mould and the closed mold gating system and type cavity mold is moves the mold and decides the mold separation to remove the plastic products. Although the structure of the mold because of the plastic varieties and properties, the shape and structure of plastic products and the type of injection machine and so on may vary, but the basic structure is the same. The mold is mainly composed of the gating system, temperature control system, molding parts and structural parts. The gating system and molding parts are plastic direct contact parts, and with the plastic and products, is the most complex, changing the maximum, the highest requirements for processing and precision parts.
