摘 要 随着经济的快速发展，作为国民经济的重要组成部分的中小企业面临着巨大的挑 战，推进信息化发展成为企业生存和发展的必由之路。伴随着互联网技术的进步和云 技术的发展，为中小企业充分有效的利用互联网资源，以较低的成本、较少的人力资 源开发适合自己的管理信息系统提供新思路。本文重点以基于 GAE（Google App Engine, 简称 GAE）开发中小企业信息管理系统为中心，对比分析传统开发方法的不足和基于 GAE 开发方法的优点，从介绍 GAE 和管理系统的概念，基于 GAE 的中小企业管理信息系 统分析、流程分析和基于 GAE 的中小企业管理信息系统设计几个方面详细研究探讨如 何基于 GAE 平台进行中小企业管理信息系统开发，希望中小企业管理信息系统开发有 所帮助和借鉴。 关键词：中小企业 管理信息系统 Google App Engine ABSTRACT As an important part of the national economy, small and medium-sized enterprises are faced with enormous challenges with the rapid development of economy. Therefore, the informatization development rises as a must for the survival and development of enterprises. The development of Internet technology and the cloud technology provides a new idea for small and medium-sized enterprises to make effective use of the Internet resources with low costs and less human resource in order to exploit suitable management information system. This paper focus on the management information system of small and medium-sized enterprises, which is based on GAE (Google App Engine , GAE in short) , analyzes the deficiency of traditional development method and the advantages of GAE-based method by contrast and figure out how to explore management information system of small and medium-sized enterprises based on GAE from several perspectives as following: the introduction of the concept of GAE and management system, analysis of GAE-based management information system of small and medium-sized enterprises, process analysis and information system design, hoping to help small and medium-sized enterprisesdevelop management information system.
