综述 动物源性食品中氨基糖苷类抗生素兽药残留分析 龙朝阳　许秀敏 (广东省疾病预防控制中心 ,广东 　广州 　510300) 摘 　要 :氨基糖苷类抗生素是一类含有 2 个或 2 个以上氨基 ,通过糖苷键相连的化合物 。由于其具有价格便宜 、广 谱抗菌和促进家畜生长的特点 ,兽药的应用比较广泛 。为提高肉品中该类残留物的检测水平 ,对氨基糖苷类抗生 ( ) 素检测的放射免疫法 、柱前和柱后衍生 HPLC 法 、非衍生 HPLC 法 电化学检测 、ELSD 、高效液相与质谱联用分析方 法进行了综述 。 关键词 :食品; 肉;抗生素 ,氨基糖苷 ;兽医药 ;药物残留物 ; 色谱法 ,高压液相 Determination of Aminoglycosides Veterinary Residues in Animal Foods LON G Chaoyang , XU Xiumin ( Guangdong Province Center for Disease Prevention and Control , Guangdong Guangzhou 510300 , China) Abstract : The aminoglycosides are composed of a large and diverse class of antibiotics that characteristically contain two or more aminosugars linked by glycosidic bonds to an aminocycliol component . The aminoglycosides have been added for many years into feeds of domestic animals for prevention and treatment of infection as well as for growth promotion . Many qualitative analytic methods for aminoglycosides have been reported. This article comprises a comprehensive review of quantitative analytic methods for the determination of aminoglycosides including Radioimmunoassasy ( RIA) , preand postcolumn derivatization HPLC , non derivatization HPLC (PED , ELSD) and HPLCMS. RIA is a useful semi - quantitative screening test for the aminoglycosides in complex matrices. HPLC techniques provide the specificity and sensitivity for studies , while HPLC - MS is widely employed for the confirmation of veterinary drug residues.
