PAGE PAGE 1 本科毕业设计论文 题目：腔式液体静压径向轴承的性能分析系统 院 系： 机电工程学院 学科专业：机械设计制造及其自动化 学 生： 司 倩 学 号： 040207129 指导教师： 姚 慧 2008年 06月 腔式液体静压径向轴承的性能分析系统 摘 要 液体静压轴承的设计计算是一项繁琐而重要的工作，传统的设计依靠查找机械设计手册和手工计算进行，在结构方案确定后，还需进行大量的参数计算与校核，费时、费力，且容易出错。本文首先阐述了液体静压轴承的特性及工作原理，简要介绍了Visual Lisp语言的相关知识。其次，基于对腔式液体静压径向轴承的性能分析，介绍了在Auto CAD环境下，运用Visual Lisp语言对其性能计算（包括轴承的直径、壁厚、油腔深度、油腔夹角、节流器尺寸等）对话框程序的编写过程，以及相关对话框驱动程序及参数化绘图程序的编写、调试过程，从而实现了腔式液体静压径向轴承的计算机辅助设计计算与参数化绘图，避免重复劳动，达到提高工作效率，降低出错率，缩短机械产品开发周期的目的。 关键词：液体静压轴承；AutoCAD二次开发；参数化绘图 The chamber type hydrostatic bearings to the performance analysis of the bearings system Abstract The design calculation of hydrostatic bearings is that one be tedious but importance of work, tradition of design depend on to check to seek a machine design manual and handicraft calculation to carry on, after the structure project make sure also need to be carry on a great deal of of parameter calculation and school pit, time-consuming, hard to tackle, and easy come amiss. Synopsis introduction this text elaborated characteristic and work principle of the hydrostatic bearings first, Visual Lisp language of related knowledge. Secondly, owing to the performance analysis for the chamber type hydrostatic bearings , introduction in the Auto CAD under the environment, usage Visual Lisp language as to its function calculation(include the diameter, wall of bearings thick, the oil chamber depth, oil chamber clip Cape, the size of restriction chock) write of dialog box procedure process, and the related dialog box drive procedure and parameter to turn painting write, adjusting of procedure to try process, thus realization the chamber type liquid static pressure path to the calculator of the bearings assistance design calculation turn painting with parameter, avoid repeated labor, attain exaltation work efficiency, lower to come amiss a rate, shorten a machine product development period of purpose.
