摘 要 摘 要 随着终身教育越来越为人们所认同，作为终身教育主要平台的远程教育系统的作用 也越来越重要，但是现有的远程教育系统存在着资源配置不合理、以系统为中心、教学 效果较差等问题，制约了远程教育的发展。本文通过分析终身教育的特点和现代远程教 育系统的构成，提出终身学习背景下的现代远程教育系统的构建方案。 本文从远程教育系统的主要构成——终端设备、通信网络和教学资源三个方面对现 代远程教育系统的构建进行论述。首先，根据现代远程教育中媒体资源特点和远程教育 系统的功能特性，提出远程教育系统的软硬件平台选择方案，并针对现有网络平台对远 程教育系统支持不足的问题，提出基于 IPv6 的网络规划方案。其次，利用流媒体技术 与网页交互技术实现视频直播的实时交互，解决视频同步教学对硬件环境的依赖和视频 点播教学缺乏互动的问题，提高视频教学的教学质量。再次，对基于 Internet 的个性化 自主学习平台进行了探索性研究。本着以学习者为中心的原则，设计并实现个性化自主 学习系统，通过构建学习者模型，研究学习者特征分析技术，追踪学习者的行为过程， 为学习者生成个性化的学习路径，在一定意义上满足学习者的个性化需求，实现适合学 习者特点的个性化学习。 论文最后对基于 Internet 的远程教育系统的发展前景进行了展望，同时提出了本论 文理论研究和实践开发可以进一步改进的方向。 关键词 终身教育 远程教育系统 IPv6 实时视频交互 个性化学习 I Abstract Abstract As life-long education gains popularity, distance education system is becoming more and more important, which could be used as the dominant platform of life-long education. However, there existed issues with current distance education systems, such as unreasonable resource allocation, system level methodology and poor teaching effectiveness etc, which restricted the development of distance education. This article proposed an implementation plan that could help to build a better modern distance education system for life-long learning, by analyzing the characteristics of life-long education and the composition of modern distance education system. This article discussed the implementation of modern distance education systems according to three main components of modern distance education system: terminal device, communication network and instructional resources. Firstly, a scheme for the software and hardware platforms of distance education systems was proposed, which was based on the features of media resources and functional characteristics in modern distance education. And we also proposed an IPv6-based network which could provide better service for distance education system.
