新风大桥施工图设计 新风大桥施工图设计 新风大桥施工图设计 新新风风大大桥桥施施工工图图设设计计 摘要 新风大桥（桥跨为70m +100m+70m,主梁采用单箱双室截面）施工图设计严格根据 《公路桥涵设计通用规范》和《钢筋混凝土和预应力混凝土桥涵设计规范》进行设计。 14 本设计共 章，内容包括：方案比选，设计基本资料，主梁截面尺寸拟定，主梁 作用效应计算，预应力钢束估算及布置，预应力损失计算及有效预应力计算，配束后主 梁内力计算及内力组合，普通钢筋的设计计算，截面强度验算，抗裂验算，持久状况构 件的应力验算，短暂状况应力验算，挠度验算，施工图设计。 本设计采用《桥梁博士V3.03》顺利完成设计计算及验算。其强度验算、应力验算、 挠度验算均满足相关要求。 关键词：预应力混凝土连续梁桥； 作用效应组合； 应力验算； 挠度验算； 施工图 设计 新风大桥施工图设计 The Construction Design of XinFeng Bridge A b s t r a c t The construction design of XinFeng Bridge (The span is 70m+100m+70m,the section of the girder is single-box double room) is strickly based on the General Specification for High -way Bridge Designand Reinforced Concrete and Prestresed Concrete Bridges and Culverts Design. The design is of 14 chapters,including: programme selection,the basic data of the design, the formulation of the primary beam size , the calculation of the main beam effect , estimation and layout of the prestressing tendons ,the calculation of the loss of prestress and the effective prestress,the calculation of internal force and the combination of internal force after laying the tendons , the calculation of the ordinary steel , the checking of the strength of the main beam , crack checking , and the checking of the data of persistent stress of the components ,and stress check in the position of a short term,the checking of the deflection,the construction design. Bridge Doctor V3.03 is used to complet the calculation of the design and check of the design.The results of the checking of the strenghth , stress , deflection are satisfied with all the requirements.
