The concept of full dynamic supervision of geological prospecting project based on information technology is put forward to solve these problems. The B/S development model can be used to combine the management of geological prospecting projects with the data management of each stage in the form of data streams, so that the managers and experts can check the production process data and ensure the accuracy and traceability of the management. The establishment of the comprehensive management information platform has realized the real-time dynamic supervision of the geological prospecting projects. Key words: geological prospecting project; supervision and management; informatization 0 引言 地勘项目具有地质业务种类多、勘查方法复杂、项目变动性较大、运营周期较长等特点。 由于信息化程度不高，项目管理过程中呈现出被动、粗放、低效的现象，导致项目缺乏全过 程管理、沟通不及时、人员配置不合理、变更频繁、管理成本大、成果利用率低等诸多问题。 信息技术的发展对地勘项目管理水平的改进提供了技术保障。本文中信息化管理系统的研发 收稿日期：2017—09—08 ；修回日期：201
