The analys s and research on the nternal compos t on of the system and ts s gnal process ng are made. The exper ment proves that the system has many advantages : h gh accuracy, good restab l ty, f ast response, w de measurement range, compos t on compactness and low cost . So, th s measur ng system has a good future to apply n ndustry because of ts attract ve performance/ cost rat os.
