年产94万吨热轧线材车间设计
摘要
线材在国家建设中起着不可替代的作用。
本设计旨在建立一个年产94万吨的高产热轧线材车间。其设计过程包括产品的规格、坯料的选择、加热炉的选择、轧机轧辊的选择与校核、冷却方式的选择,以及一种典型产品的设计。
本设计中,为了完成年生产任务,对大直径线材的产量有所提高,同时增大了大直径线材的的终轧速度。
本设计采用了连铸坯,可以减少金属的切损,又因连铸坯的组织结构较好,提高了产品的质量;同时通过采用连铸坯热装热送工艺,通过降低烧损、能耗和减少轧制间隙时间提高生产率。
本设计的加热炉为步进梁式加热炉,进出料采用侧进侧出,以保证炉子的严密性;轧机采用高速无扭线材轧机,终轧保证速度为100 m/s,最高轧制速度为120m/s。为了提高产品的性能,轧制过程中采用控制冷却技术,且轧后通过水冷箱和一套斯太尔摩冷却运输系统。
本设计的产量很大,但是在保证产量的前提下通过提高坯料性能和轧制过程中的控冷的方法来提高产品的性能。

In this design, in order to complete the production task, the production of large diameter wire has increased, while adjusting the final large-diameter wire rolling speed.
This design uses a billet can be cut to reduce metal loss, and better organizational structure slab to improve product quality; the same time through the use of continuous casting and hot charging of hot delivery process and reduce energy consumption and reduce the burning and rolling gap of time productivity;
The design of the furnace for the walking beam furnace, and out of material into the side by side to ensure the tightness of the furnace; mill using high-speed wire rod mill was no twist, and finally rolling to ensure speed 100 m / s, the maximum rolling speed to 120m / s. In order to improve product performance, the rolling process using controlled cooling technology, that is, through the cooling after rolling through the water tank and a set of Stelmor transport system to achieve cooling.
