App lying the fin ite elem en t m ethod, studied the p relim inary deform ing statu s of ( ) the flexsp line in H GD harmon ic gear driving . D iscu ssed what influence that the geom etry factors of flexsp line bring to the p re deform ing force of flexsp line. Get the conclu sion that the length of flexsp line cup body and the th ickne ss of flexsp line cup wall are the foremo st geom etry factors to influence the p redeform ing force. A t last, m ade m any regre ssion analysis for the ru le of the flex sp line wall th ickness influence the p redeform ing force and the ru le of the flexsp line lengthdiam eter ratio influence the p reform ing force.
