中文摘要当今世界，产业集群正日益成为区域竞争优势的重要源泉。变化的市场环境 中文摘要 当今世界，产业集群正日益成为区域竞争优势的重要源泉。变化的市场环境 和日趋激烈的竞争对传统的生产组织方式提出了挑战，作为一种介于企业和市场 之间的生产组织形式，产业集群以其高效、灵活的生产组织方式和良好的创新环 境，正在世界经济的竞技场上扮演着越来越重要的角色。从我国实际情况来看， 产业集群作为一种新的发展思路，在促进产业竞争优势的获得、区域经济的发展、 产业布局和产业结构的调整等方面都具有非常现实的意义。从我国产业集群形成 的路径来看，我国很大一部分是FDI资本迁移模式产业集群。国内外对这类产业 集群单独列出来研究目前很少。本文旨在研究FDI资本迁移模式产业集群的形成 机理。 研究方法主要有：系统分析法、规范分析法、模型分析法、实证分析法。本 文以外商直接投资(FDI)的聚集特性为切入点，研究外资直接投资作用下形成 的产业集群的形成机理，并综合运用相关的多学科理论，采用规范研究与实证研 究相结合，定性分析与统计分析相结合的方法。 本文对FDI资本迁移模式产业集群的形成机理进行细致分析。对FDI和原有 的产业集群的相互关联作用进行定性和定量分析，并结合实证研究FDI资本迁移 模式产业集群的形成路径。 关键词： 产业集群资本迁移模式产业集群外商直接投资形成机理 AB AB STRACT The cluster is becoming one of the important region competitive advantages．The mutative market environment and vehement comepetition making the traditional production organization．Industry clusters with a hiighly efficient and flexible means of production organization，and a 900d environment for innovation，play all increasingly important role in the world’S economic arena．Based on China’S actual situation，the cluster as a new development，in industrial competitiveness acquisition, regional economic development，industrial layout and industrial structural adjustment is a very practical significant．According to the formed path of cluster,lots of ckuster in china are FDI capital·moving cluster．Research on these clusters is very little in the world．We will analyse the formation of the FDI capital-moving cluster in the papers right now Research methods are．system analysis，normative analysis，model analysis， empirical analysis．Based on aggregation properties of foreign direct investment(FDI) 船a focal point，we study formation mechanism of FDI capital·moving cluster． In this paper,the migration patterns of FDI capiml-moving clusterare analysed． Interrelated role between FDI and the original industry cluster iS qualitative and quantitative analysed．And migration patterns of FDI capital-moving cluster age studying with demonstration． KEY WORDS：Industrial cluster,Capital—moving model，Foreign direc
