摘要:松材线虫病[E3ursu ρhl1/ ch ω .rylυρhil us (Steiner . Huhrer l NickleJ 是松树的一种毁
灭性病害，也是重要的森林检疫对象。松材线女病的诊断方法是防止松材线虫病发生、蔓延J.l
传播的技术保证G 笔者就国内外对松材线虫病树木诊断方法的研究进行了综述。

Abstract: The pine wood disease cau目d by the pine wood nematode[ Bursuρhelenchus :r yloρhilus(Stei
ner . Huhrerl Nickl eJ is not only one of the most devastating disease of trees.but an important quar
antined forest disease. It is wry important for the methods of diagnosis and quarantine of the pine
wood disease to prevent the dis lase. The research progreses in diagnosis of the disease were reviewed
in this pape r. It is involved with morphlogic. biochemical and molecular biology identification of the
pine wood nematode. prime diagnosis ()f trees and quarantine of wood infected by B. :rylυphilus.
