Research Research and Implementation of Embedded CAN—Ethernet Gateway Based on ARM and UCOS-Ⅱ ABSTRACT The rapid development of computer and network technique．initiated the profound technique evolution in industry control field．CAN bus supports distribtaed control and real time control，but misfit long distance transmission．With the elevated certainty,real time performance and intrinsically safe performance,industrial Ethemet has become more and more prevalent in industry control field．Digital Control Platform of Coal Mine Safe Productioll．the source ofthis dissertation,adopts CANEthernet architecture．Embedded gateway connects these two different networks，is an important part of this platform．It makes sense to design the software and hardware of the gateway,aiming at the The functions of the gateway are analyzed at first．A method is proposed to classify priorities of different information．The protocol conversion model of the gateway and the addressing method of CAN bus and Ethemet are proposed after researching tunnel mechanism．The idea ofsoftware design is decided by the mechanism ofARM．based micro processor．UCOS-II is tailored and transplanted onto LPC2194，and tasks are designed．The protocol stacks of CAN bus and embeddcd TCP／IP are designed and realized．during which the ISA bus of RTL8019AS is simulated by using GPIO pons of LPC2194．The protoe01 ．conversion program，the serial communication progra|n and the PC test program are developed．At last，the gateway is applied to the Coal Mine Engine Supervising System． The functions and performance ofthe gateway are tested by practice． The embedded gateway is the comprehensive application ofARM，UCOS-II，CAN bus and Ethemet．It realizes the seamless connection between CAN bus and Ethemet,and is benefit for the integration of control and management in the whole coal mille．The embedded gateway has great application prospect． Keywords：Embedded Gateway；CAN Bus；Ethemet；Protocol；ARM；UCOS—II 插图清单图1．1矿井安全生产数字化控制平台的网络架构 插图清单 图1．1矿井安全
