蒙药地格达-4味汤对小鼠化学性肝损伤论文：蒙药地格达-4味汤对小鼠化学性肝损伤的实验研究 【摘要】? 目的观察地格达-4味汤对D-半乳糖胺(D-GlaN)、硫代乙酰胺(TAA)所致小鼠肝损伤的防治作用。方法以护肝片作阳性对照,用不同肝毒剂造成小鼠急性肝损伤模型,分别测定动物血清相关指标,用t检验法比较各组间差异。结果地格达-4味汤组可降低因D-GlaN所致肝损伤小鼠的ALT及AST (P0.05)；明显降低因TAA所致肝损伤小鼠的ALT及AST (P0.01)。模型组肝组织学改变主要表现为碎片状坏死；护肝片组可见散在点状及小碎片状坏死；地格达-4味汤组可见散在点状坏死，有炎细胞浸润。结论地格达-4味汤对以上不同肝损伤模型有一定的防治作用,本研究为该药的功效及应用提供了实验依据。 【关键词】? 地格达-4味汤; D-GlaN; TAA; 急性肝损伤 　　Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the protective and treatment action of Digeda-4 powder for D-GlaN and liver lesion of mice induced by TAA.MethodsPositively controlled with Huganpian, the above-noted liver-toxic agents were administered to make acute liver lesion of mice to measure the relative indices of animal serum.Method of t-test was used to check the difference between the groups.ResultsDigeda-4 powder decreased the serum ALT and AST of liver lesion mice induced by D-GlaN(P0.05);and obviosly lowered the the serum ALT and AST of liver lesion micen induced by TAA(P0.01). The change of hepatic tissues in model groups showed the piecemeal necrosis;the hepatic tissues in positive control groups showed scattered punctiform and dimin piecemeal necrosis;the hepatic tissues in Digeda-4 powder groups showed scattered punctiform and dimin piecemeal necrosis;also it was infiltrated phlegmonosis cell.ConclusionDigeda-4 powder has protective and treatment action on the above mentioned different liver lesion models to some extent.The test is likely to provide the experimental basis for the effect and application of this herb. 　　Key words：Digeda-4 powder ; D-GlaN;?
