Abstract Abstract Title: Vehicle-mounted multimedia system based on 3g network control and management Major: Computer Application Technology Name: Yan WANG Signature: Supervisor: Prof. QinDong SUN Signature: Abstract Recently with rapid development of the 3G communication, wireless Internet technology, vehicle multimedia system has been widely used in advertising, entertainment and some other application field. As a carrier of the vehicle multimedia technology, the combination of Vehicle terminal equipment with the 3G wireless and the Internet has become an inevitable development direction. A vehicle multimedia system based on 3G network integrated management system has been advanced in this paper. First of all, the system structure has been shown and the modules of the system have been achieved. The functions of the system are as followed: the multimedia video advertisements publishing, video update, entertaining diversions of playlist file update, vehicle- mounted terminal equipment program updates, remote car anomaly detection, network monitoring, vehicle terminal video broadcast equipment satisfaction evaluation information feedback to the monitoring center, advertising video playback information, advertising video download. Secondly, a vehicle multimedia information system management and control method based on 3G wireless network has been proposed in this paper. Concerning the requirement of the system operation, the system provides two modes of the multimedia terminal equipment which are the unified control and single control modes. These two control modes can be achieved by unified change or modify alone terminal configuration file as well as entertaining diversions and playlists. Finally, a vehicle terminal equipment abnormal detection method has been introduced in this paper. Currently as the 3G flow cost is a little more expensive, it will cause the flow waste and additional cost if the vehicle terminal equipment has the repeated downloads or
