摘要 资产管理在企业运营过程中是不可或缺的部分，它在企业的日常经营管理中 承担着重要的角色。某公司开发的资产管理系统能够对企业内部电子设备进行资 产管理，包括资产的申请、采购、使用、维修、报废等，对企业资产进行的全生 命周期的管理。本人主要完成资产管理系统中的用户管理和资产管理。 本文首先分析了资产管理系统的开发背景，参考了国内外资产管理系统研究 的情况，提出了开发具有特色的资产管理系统的具体目标。在需求分析阶段分析 了系统的业务流程，描述了系统的开发目标和要解决的问题。在系统的详细设计 中，完成了系统物理架构、软件架构设计，完成了系统的数据库架构设计和数据 库表。作为富客户端的应用程序，本系统采用了基于 Flex 作为表示层和业务层以 及 Hibernate 作为数据持久层的开发框架。最后通过撰写测试用例并完成各个功能 模块的测试。 本系统已经应用到企业的日常资产管理工作中，实现了基本的功能并取得了 一定的效果。 关键词：资产管理 Flex Hibernate 富客户端 电子设备 Abstract Asset management is absolutely a necessary part of operating management. They play an important role in the enterprise’s daily management. A company developed the assets management system for managing enterprise internal electronic equipment, including the application for the assets, procurement, using, maintenance, scrap, to the enterprise assets on the whole life cycle of the management. I completed user management and asset management of the asset management system. In this paper, at first, we analyzed the development background of the asset management system, and referred to the domestic and foreign asset management system, we proposed detailed goals for developing distinctive assets management system and goals which this system will achieve. In the requirements analysis phase, we analyzed and concluded the system’s operation flow, clarified the development goals of the system and problems to be solved. In details design, I completed the physical structure, system software architecture, system database structure and database table design . As a rich client application, it based on the Flex as presentation and business layer, and Hibernate development framework as data persistence layer. Finally, I completed each function module of the test through writing test cases. This system has been applied to the enterprises daily asset management work, realized the basic function and has obtained the certain effect.
