摘 摘 要 由于石油天然气在勘探开发过程中存在着大量的小确定性因素，因此决定了 油气勘探开发企业生产经营的高风险性。为了保证华北油田公司的正常运转，减 少和避免灾害性风险给公司、股东和员工的利益造成的损害，本文本着理论联系 实际的科学态度，从风险识别入手，通过对华』匕油田所面临的主要风险进行描述， 并从理论上对这些风险进行分析，从而得出了华北油田风险管理的方法。 自从中国石油成功地在海外上市，华北油田分公司也相应完成了企业资产重 组改造，因此华北油田在生产和经营方面也面临前所未有的机遇和挑战。根据华 北油田分公司目前的现状，本文认为勘探开发风险是华北油田目前面临的最大的 风险，以全新的角度对华北油田勘探开发领域所面临的风险定量地予以分析，并 结合华北油田的实际情况对勘探风险进行了实证分析，从理论高度说明了华北油 田应该如何规避勘探开发过程中可能遇到的风险。 通过对华北油田所面临的风险的剖析，可以帮助华北油田提高风险意识，有 效地预防和减少华北油田生产经营中风险的发生，在一定程度上提高了华北油田 抵御各种灾害性风险的能力。 关键词：石油天然气，勘探开发，风险管理 ABSTRACTThere ABSTRACT There are a 10t of unfixed factors in the Droeess of exPloratl011 an(i development of oil and natural gas．So it’S decided that the produ(：1 iOrl and operation of enterprises of oil and natural gas are very risky’I、0 insure the normal operation of the company of HuaBei Oilfield，to decFease and avoid the harm which risks make the company，sbareh01ders and the staff we described the main risks With which HuaBei Oilfield iS confronted USi ng the way in which integrate with practice，starting with discernment． Therefore，we gained the way of the risk management of ttuaBei Oilfield． Since CNPC bad issued stocks abroad successfully，the branch company of HuaBei Oiifield have finished re—organization and reform of enterprise assets．So the production and operation of thiS 0ilfieid iS confronted with unprecedented challenges and opportunities． According to the present condition of thiS oilfield，in thiS essay，we raised one main risk exploration and development risk，we gave the way of relevant ri sk discernment and analysiS showed theoretically that how HuaBei 0ilfield aveid the risks of exploration and development，especiallY ana]yzed the risks of exploration and development of HuaBei Oilfield are confronted with from new point of View quantitativelY． By means of the analysiS of the ri sks which}tuaBei 0i 1fie]d i S confronted with，we COUId help HuaBei Oilfield to improve the risk consciousness，prevent and decrease the ri sks effectivelY which HuaBei 01 lfield COUld me
