北京邮电大学硕士学位论文 北京邮电大学硕士学位论文 摘兽 中文摘要 近年来，传统的邮件业务相当犬的被互联网络所取代，电子mU什成为了人们通信的越来 越重要的手段。但是随着电子邮件本身固有的特点，即软件易于复制和传播的特点，导致了 互联网上垃圾邮件的泛滥，r々IF}j网络带宽，浪费人们的宝贵的时间，造成了巨大的人力财力 的浪费。 本项目正是在这样的背景F展开，借此来重整互联网环境，还给人们一个干净整洁的网 络环境。反垃圾邮件系统通过了建立举报中心和数据库，并发布客户举报的工具，将来自弃 户的举报信息进行处理，最后发布黑名单给服务商从而过滤垃圾邮件。为了信息的全面性， 收集客户举报来自三个方面：用户WEB网页；专用邮箱；邮件客户端应用程序插件。垃圾 邮件一经举报，在处理者看来，它们是没有区别的。垃圾邮件的判断，主要是根据举报的次 数，并且也可从敏感关键字来判别(目前的纯客户端反垃圾邮件多数基于这一点来做)。最 后，处理中心将黑名单发布给服务商．利用服务商的邮件服务器，将列在黑名单内的IP地 址屏蔽掉，从而从渊头挡住了垃圾邮件的去路，减轻了网络的负荷，减少了用户的负担。 关键词：垃圾邮件反垃圾邮件黑名单举报开放转发 Abstract Recently，the traditional mail service is largely replaced by email service which iS provided bv I ntemet．Email iS becoming more and more of a important means in people’S communications．However,tlle inherent trait of emails that they are easily copied and transmitted 1eads to the flooding of SlCIam emails，which take the precious bandwidth，and waste much ofpeople’S time and much money and much manpower． The WOrk was done at this situation，it aims at retrieving clean network． By setting up one database and processing center,and releasing reporting tools．anti—span_l systern processes reporting information and releases the black lists to email service providers to filter the spams，and at last COntrols spanl emails．In order to gather all—sided information，the reporting of spare malls comes from three parts：the web pages；one accommodation mail box；one pluggable unit to the application at users’erids．Oncethe SparosWere reported，they arenot distinguishedbYProcessing Center．The determination of spare mainly depends on the counts of reporting times of spam emails．Optional rules are by sensitive key words(many of current anti—spam tools are based on this)．Finally,Processing Center releases the black list to Intemet Service Providers，which filter the emails from those addresses in the black lists．Tbus．the source of spam cmails was blocked，SO the b
