摘 要 随着社会信息化的不断发展和人们生活节奏的加快，名片对一些商务人士、 销售代表、保险、金融等行业就显得更为重要。基于移动终端的名片识别管理系 统可以帮助人们在日常的生活中快速便捷地管理大量的名片。 在名片识别系统中，文字定位与分割是识别的前提和基础，主要包括去噪、 灰度增强、倾斜校正、名片版面分析、文字特征分析，阈值分割等技术。本文主 要针对 Android 移动终端的名片文字定位与分割作了相关研究，主要工作如下： 1. 建立名片文字定位与识别的数据库 完成名片信息提取的标定软件的需求分析和设计工作，并和同学们合作完成 名片图像的采集及图像标定工作。 2. 名片文本定位 本文充分考虑到移动终端设备硬件资源的限制，和名片图像的特性。实现名 片的倾斜校正和基于边缘和连通域分析的快速文本定位方法。 3. 文本分割和字符分割 通过文本定位得到文本区后，对文本区进行预处理，二值化，完成基于名片 文本图像特征分析的字符切割。 4. Android 移动终端文字定位与分割的实现 通过学习 Android NDK 开发的相关技术，完成在 Android 移动终端的名片文 字的定位与分割。 关键词：名片 文本定位 字符分割 Android Abstract With the rapid development of the information technology and the accelerated pace of peoples lives, the business card plays an important role in the peoples lives, especially for the businessman. The system of business card recognition based on the mobile platform can help people manage a large number of business cards in the daily life quickly and easily. In the system of the business card recognition, text location and segmentation is the premise and foundation of the character recognition, including image denoising, tilt correction, layout analysis, text analysis， threshold segmentation and so on. This paper focused on the text location and segmentation of the business card, the main content is as follows: The Establishment of Database Complete the software requirements analysis and design work for the business card information extraction. And then do the acquisition and calibration of the business card image with the cooperation of classmates. Text Location With adequate consideration of the limited hardware resources of mobile phone, and the features of the business card image, complete the tilt correction of the business card and put forward a fast text location method based on the edge and connected domain analysis. Text Segmentation and Character Segmentation Get the position of the text in the card image through location, and then do the preprocessing, binary processing. Get the single character based on the text image features
