摘要随着经济和社会的发展，城市建设的步伐越来越快，城市规划工 摘要 随着经济和社会的发展，城市建设的步伐越来越快，城市规划工 作正面临着新的挑战。传统的以图纸和文档资料为介质的城市规划管 理在数字时代显然不适应，而基于GIS一的城市规划管理信息系统 (Urban Planning Management information System，UPMIS)使得数据更 具直观性，同时可以提供各种空间分析功能，为城市规划工作提供实 时、动态信息以及决策支持。由于规划数据的不断更新，要求数据不 仅要有空间信息，也需要有时间属性。同时为了避免对内容相同的数 据重复建库，必须建立数据共享机制，但是由于不同单位采用的不同 GIS软件及应用系统在数据格式、数据显示、数据处理方法等方面不 尽相同，从而造成了空间数据的异构性，为空间数据的共享增加了难 度。本文针对以上问题，开展了如下的研究： 1．设计了城市规划管理信息系统，并采用ArcGIS Engine与VC++ 相结合的方式对系统的功能模块和相关算法进行了实现； 2．采用Geodatabase空间数据模型，通过ArcSDE技术实现了空 间数据库的版本管理机制； 3．对基于XML Web Service的分布式异构空间数据的共享模式 进行了探讨。 城市规划管理信息系统为城市规划、建设、管理与决策提供信息 服务。而基于XML Web Service的分布式异构空问数据的共享模式， 为异构空间数据的共享提供了一种行之有效的方式，使得规划数据被 不同的用户共享成为可能。 关键词UPMIS，ArcGIS Engine，Geodatabase，ArcSDE，版本管理， Web Service ABSTRACTWith ABSTRACT With development of the economy and society，the city construction step is more and more quick，the urban planning job is confronted with new challenges．．Urban planning management information system(UPMIS) base on tradition’S taking drawing sheet and document as the medium iS unfeasible evidently in figure times，but having more owing to feasible data base on GIS，it can provide function about various space analysing， hold out for the urban planning{ob provides real time，multidate information and decision-making．Since planning ceaseless data renewal， require that the data needs to have space information not only， also need to have the time attribute．In order to avoid Build a warehouse repeating to identical data of content，we must build data share mechanism．Since the different GIS software and application system that the be unlike unit adopts are in the field of data form，data display，data handling method etc．be unable completely identical，isomerism having brought about the space data thereby，the share being a space data has increased degree of difficulty．The main body of this book has been carried out specifically for all above problem，as follows research： 1．Designed of UPMIS，the way adopt ArcGIS Engine to combine with VC++each other has carr
