Method:①10dry upper thoracic specimens were measured and statistically analyzed for study of pedicle parameters using anatomical and CT measurement.②The pedicle parameters of 10dry upper thoracic specimens and 60 patients were compared and statistically analyzed.③20 dry upper thoracic specimens were obtained to study the presence rate of the Crest of the Transverse Process.④10 dry upper thoracic specimens were measured and the anatomical relationship between PCTPMLUAS and the vertebral pedicle was assessed.⑤10 dry upper thoracic specimens were imitatively implanted pedicle screws using the start point of PCTPMLUAS and the relevant parameters were measured and statistically analyzed. Results: ①The pedicle parameters of the upper thoracic spine is varied between measurement methods, the results of anatomical measure is slightlier increased than the ones of CT measure, and they do not differ significantly. This means the pedicle parameters is equivalent between anatomical measurement and CT measurement.②The presence rate of the Crest of the Transverse Process is 100% in the upper thoracic spine and only the distinct level of form is different but is identified easily.③The percentage between the distances from the Crest of the Transverse process to superior ,inferior margin of vertebral pedicle and the pedicle height and the one between the Mid-vertical Line of the Upper Articular Surface to the lateral ,
