Abstract How to realize offline service and in order to achieve the linkage between online and offline is the strategic objective for the E-commerce company. These companies have made different attempts to achieve this goal. In the past, online and offline business seems a pair of enemy, however, they have turned into a pair of lover now. The relationship between each other seems inseparable. This paper had finished the research on O2O business model of logistics industry leader Shunfeng Express company. Aiming to find the layout of whole O2O induction so that we can know the strategic targeting they anticipate to achieve. .Through the analysis on its business model to find the existing and potential problems they need face to. Finally, the innovative solution can be put forward. It will have significance for Shunfeng to maintain its leading position and competitiveness. Based on the case analysis research methods, assist with literature, periodicals, Internet and enterprise internal information, combine the theoretical analysis and case study, use the SWOT analysis tools, take the O2O business model as core research object. First of all, summarize the current situation and existing problem of Shunfeng O2O business model. Secondly, through the PEST and SWOT analysis tools to analyze the external environment and marketing prospect of Shunfeng Company. It will be the fragment basis to evaluate whether its market positioning is correct or not. Through further study on its process system and profit protection mechanism we can know whether the competitiveness is sustainable or temporary. Finally, give the solution with all of the existing and potential problems. The conclusions of the essay are as follow: (1) Shunfeng O2O model have clearly and correct positioning, meanwhile, have enough skill to support it.
