The truth that the information of consistency grey matrix all is consistency information is proofed. How to j udge whether j udgement matrix has weak consistency or not is proposed , and the theory and algorithm to find equivalent consistency matrix of weak consistency j udgement matrix is designed. These properties and theory for deleting redundant information of j udgement matrix and giving ranking method provide necessary theory foundation .
