山东师范大学硕士学位论文 山东师范大学硕士学位论文 山东师范大学硕士学位论文 山东师范大学硕士学位论文 I I II II 地方高校课程质量保障体系研究 中文摘要 本研究主要基于全球经济、政治一体化对具有国际视野的应用型人才培养的迫切需要 和目前地方高校课程建设重理论、轻实践的现实状况而展开的，旨在探索构建一种综合性 强、实践性突出、国外优势资源开发与区域经济发展良好对接，在经济全球化背景下实现 地方高校应用型人才本土国际化培养的课程质量保障体系，以满足高等教育国际化和高校 课程改革对区域社会应用型人才培养的需要，提高地方高校应用型人才的国际竞争力，提 升地市高校的办学价值和社会地位。 本文以高等教育国际化为背景，通过理论评述和国内外地方高校课程质量保障体系的 历史与比较研究，总结其存在的问题，分析其经验，作为我国地方高校课程质量保障体系 构建的借鉴。同时解析地方高校课程质量保障体系的因素系统，提出了地方高校课程质量 保障体系的构建策略。 本文分为以下几个主要部分： 首先，分析地方高校课程质量保障体系构建的依据和原则。遵循教育以及人才培养规 律，从当前经济全球化的市场特征下人才培养目标转变的客观现实入手，以高等教育学、 高等教育管理学等学科相关理论为支撑，解析构建地方高校课程质量保障体系的理论依据 和现实依据，并提出地方高校课程质量保障体系的构建原则。 其次，比较分析中外地方高校应用型人才培养的课程质量保障体系，分析其总体特征， 以资借鉴。 其三，解析构建地方高校课程质量保障体系的影响因素。通过文本研究和个案分析等 方法，形成地方高校课程质量保障体系构建的因素系统；根据各因素的功能及其关系，构 建课程质量保障体系。 最后，构建地方高校课程质量保障体系策略。包括课程理念转变策略、课程体系优化 策略、师资培训策略、课程资源重组策略、课程管理精细化策略等。 关键词：地方高校；课程；教育质量保障体系；课程质量保障体系 分类号：G642.3 The Research on the Quality Assurance of Curriculum in Local Universities Abstract This article mainly based on global economic and political integration with international view to the urgent need of applicaion-oriented undergraduate student and the reality of the construction of local university curriculum which take count of theory, take no count of practice spreads, which aims to explore and construct a strong comprehensive, outstanding practical, foreign advantage resources development and regional economic development in economy can good docking, under the background of globalization realization of local university applicaion-oriented undergraduate student training and construct a course of local international quality assurance system, to meet higher education international and curriculum reform with regional society to the needs of the application talents, improving the local university applied talents, to improve the international competitiveness of prefectural and municipal colleges and universities running value and status in society.
