大连理工大学专业学位硕士学位论文摘要 大连理工大学专业学位硕士学位论文 摘要 随着经济金融的发展以及二者相互依赖和影响的加深，尤其是本轮国际金融危机以 来，金融风险的表现日趋复杂，新的金融风险点层出不穷，金融风险监测外延不断扩展、 内容不断丰富。在此背景下，金融风险监测与评估作为维护金融稳定的重要职责内容和 履职手段，需要进一步强化和改进。 本文从防范区域金融风险的实际工作出发，利用软件工程的方法和技术，设计并实 现了区域金融风险监测系统。该系统是基于B／S架构，从必要性和可行性两个角度出发， 梳理出银行、证券、保险、金融控股公司、准金融机构及其他共6大类21项系统监测 内容。系统实现对这21项监测范畴的机构信息录入、监测指标数据采集、分析数据输 出以及相关的权限管理、信息发布等功能。风险监测系统的开发和使用有利于提升监管 部门对区域金融风险的控制水平，有利于提高监管效能，有益于地区经济金融的平稳健 康发展。 目前，该系统已经调试完毕正式运行，该系统操作方便、运行稳定，基本满足地区 金融体系发展水平和监管需求。 关键词：区域金融风险；金融稳定；监测系统 万方数据 Design Design and Implementation of Regional Financial Risk Monitoring System Abstract AIong with the development of economy and finance as well as the deepening ot mutual．dependency and mutual effect in between，especially after the current global financlal crisis．the manifestation of financial risk becomes more complicated，the new forms Ot financial risk emerge one after anotheL the range of financial risk-monitoring expand 2radually and the contents of financial risk—monitoring are rich continuously· This paper，based on the real work of regional financial risks，by utilizing the methodologics and techniques of software engineering，devises and realizes the mortitoring svstem of regional financial risks．This system teases out six categories and twenty。0ne 1tems of monitoring contents in total from the point of necessity and feasibility based on B／S Structure，specifically including bank，securities，insurance，financial holding company， quasi-financial institutions’etc· This svstem has the functions of information input，data collection，data analYsls， relevant authority management and information publishing．The developing and usmg ot financial risk．monitoring system is conducive to regional financial risk control，efficient supervision as well as stablehealthy regional financial growth- Currentlv’this system has already finished testing and started running formally，whlch 1ts basicallv satisties the need of regional financial development and monitoring through convenlent and steady operating m
