优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 IIII IIII M llI L1111111111Jhlllllllllill IIIII 摘要 Y31 08965 近年来，随着经济的持续发展，码垛搬运机在产品堆放、分类中被广泛使用。码垛搬运机是一 种应用在生产线末端的装置，它将产品按一定方式搬运、摆放到托盘上，便于叉车运至仓库存储， 对加快产品输送效率有着重要影响。论文针对我国在码垛搬运机研究和应用方面与工业化国家存在 一定的差距，依赖引进国外的码垛搬运机技术等问题，提出了更实用的、适合于国内中小型厂家的 解决方案，提高国产码垛搬运机的市场竞争力，为码垛搬运机国产化提供技术参考。 本文根据厂家要求，设计了一款四自由度的码垛搬运机并对其开展了以下相关技术研究： (1)对码垛搬运机的关键结构包括机架、移动平台、夹具机构等进行了详细的机械设计，并阐述 了各个部件的运动特点；借助SolidWorks三维实体造型软件，建立码垛搬运机整机的三维模型。 (2)结合ANSYS有限元分析软件，以码垛搬运机在实际工作过程中最大工况载荷下具有代表性 的极限位置为分析对象，对整个码垛搬运机结构进行力学分析计算。 (3)对码垛搬运机进行疲劳分析，保证关键部件在承受周期性载荷作用下的使用寿命。 论文主要完成对码垛搬运机的机械结构设计以及机械结构分析，为码垛搬运机物理样机的制作 提供理论基础。 关键词：码垛，搬运，结构设计，三维建模，有限元分析 万方数据 AbstractIn Abstract In recent years，with the continuous development of the economy,the palletizing machine is widely used in the products classification and Stacking．Palletizing machine is device used in the production line， It will be products in certain way to carry,put to the tray,automatic stacking，It is easy to transport to the warehouse storage，to speed up the transmission efficiency of the product has an important influence． According to country in the research and application of palletizing machine there is certain gap between industrialized countries and areas，rely import foreign palletizing machine technology,the more practical and suitable for domestic small and medium·sized manufacturers solution，to improve the market competitiveness of domestic palletizing machine，machine localization for palletizing technical reference． In view of the requirements of manufacturers to design pallefizing machine with four degrees of freedom and to CalTN out its research the following technologies： (1)To key structure of the palletizing machine comprises frame，mobile platform，fm-ture of mechanical design in detail，the movement characteristics of each component are described；With the help of SolidWorks 3D modeling software，set up 3D model of palletizing machine． (2)Combined with ANSYS fmite element analysis software，the palletizing machine in the actual work pr
