One of the most famous is the wheel of retail theory, by the McNair is put forward for the first time in 1958, he points out that the new form of business from the perspective of price first to lower prices to attract a large number of demand, and then to improve service levels, and then turned to the high margin business, selling below cost to other formats to enter and creates opportunities, namely retail week, the rotation of the wheels and in the same way the development cycle.
