内蒙古电力技术 2017 年第35 卷第1期 INNER MONGOLIA ELECTRIC POWER 69 doi:10.3969/j.issn. 1008-6218.2017.01.013 发电机励磁碳刷电流不均衡问题分析与处理 孙 斐，邱振升，辛晓莺，郝 银 （内蒙古华宁热电有限公司，内蒙古 乌兰察布 012000 ） 摘要：内蒙古华宁热电有限公司2×150 MW 循环流化床机组在运行过程中出现发电机励 磁碳刷电流不均衡问题，碳刷电流和温度均偏高。经分析，造成碳刷电流不均衡的因素有碳 刷自身品质不高、碳刷运行过程中接触电阻增加、励磁滑环表面不光滑、碳刷刷握配合有问题 等。对此，进行了更换高品质碳刷、调整刷握与滑环之间的间隙以及碳刷刷握弹簧压力、严格 执行碳刷装配工艺等改进，并提出相应防范措施。改进后发电机励磁碳刷电流不平衡问题得 到明显改善。 关键词：励磁碳刷；电流偏差；碳刷温度；励磁滑环；接触电阻；碳刷刷握 文献标志码：B 中图分类号：TM311 文章编号：1008-6218（2017 ）01-0069-04 Analysis of Generator Excitation Carbon Brush Current Imbalance and Its Treatment SUN Fei, QIU Zhensheng, XIN Xiaoying, HAO Yin （Inner Mongolia Huaning Thermal Power Co.,Ltd., Ulanqab 012000, China） Abstract ：The issue of generator excitation carbon brush current imbalance occured in Inner Mongolia Huaning Thermal Power Co.,Ltd., during the operation of 2 × 150 MW circulating fluidized bed unit, the current and the temperature of carbon brush were both high. The possible reasons for current imbalance of carbon brush were that the quality of carbon brush was not high, the contact resistance increased during the operation, excitation slip surface was not smooth. Thus, the high-quality carbon brush had been replaced, the gap between brush holder and the slip ring, and the spring pressure of brush grip of carbon brush had been adjusted, and the corresponding preventive measures had been put forward. After the improvement, the generator excitation carbon brush current imbalance had been improved obviously. Key words ：excitation brush; current
