Discussion on the transformation mode of pharmacy service of outpatient pharmacy

［Abstract ］ Objective To provide a reference for implementing the new medical reform policy and creating
high-quality pharmacy service mode． Methods By analyzing the necessity of changing the pharmacy service mode of
outpatient pharmacy in our hospital ，put forw ard the practical and effective mode of transformation of pharmacy service
by combination w ith the new medical reform policy ． Results The pharmacy service mode of outpatient pharmacy in
our hospital should be further improved． Conclusion It is recommended to improve the overall quality of pharmaceuti-
cal personnel ，improve the implementation of the relevant rules and regulations
