Based on the study of ecological environment management, combined with the theory of sustainable development, analyzes the important factors influencing the government management innovation environment from econo- my, society, ecology, public, technology five aspects. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and ya-ahp are used software to construct reasonable index evaluation and build the performance evaluation system of environmental management innovation. Horizontally compare the Beijing, Guangdong and other provinces and cities of the government environmental management innova- tion performance, and analyze the important reasons for the difference of management innova- tion performance. Finally puts forward relevant suggestions for improving the ecological envi- ronment of government management innovation performance level.
