重组人干扰素a -2b喷雾剂治疗疱疹性 咽峡炎患儿疗效观察 姚婷新廖亦男谷芬于四景尹飞 湖南省儿童医院感染科中南大学湘雅医院儿科 摘要： 口的评价重组人干扰素a-2b喷雾剂对疱疹性咽峡炎患儿的疗效和安全性，为 儿科合理用药提供科学依据。方法 选取2015年9月至12月在湖南省儿童医院、 中南大学湘雅医院进行诊治的疱疹性咽峡炎患儿122例，随机分为观察组和对 照组各61例。对照组给予基础治疗联合利巴韦林喷雾剂，观察组给予基础治疗 联合重组人干扰素a-2b喷雾剂。比较两组患儿临床疗效。结果观察组临床总 有效率为80. 3% (49/61),显著高于对照组63. 9% (39/61),差异有统计学意 义(P0. 05) o观察组在退热时间、口腔疱疹消失时间、咽部疱疹消失时间、恢 复进食时间均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0. 05)。治疗过程中，两 组患儿均未发现明显不良反应。结论重组干扰素a-2b治疗疱疹性咽峡炎疗效 显著，能显著改善疱疹性咽峡炎患儿的热程和疱疹消退及进食时间，且未发现 不良反应，安全性良好。 关键词： 疱疹性咽峡炎;重组人干扰素a-2b喷雾剂;儿童; 作者简介：姚婷新(1985-)，女,医学硕士，主治医师。研究方向：儿科感染性 疾病的诊治 作者简介：尹飞，E-ma订：HYPERLINK mailto:670932256@670932256@ 收稿日期：2017-01-23 Clinical effect of recombinant human interferon a -2 bspray on herpangina in children YAO Tingxin LIAO Yinan GU Fen YU Sijing YIN Fei Department of InfectiousDiseases, Hunan Ch订drens Hospital; Abstract： Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of recombinant human interferon a -2 b (IFN a -2 b) spray on herpangina in children, in order to provide scientific evidenee for proper administration in pediatrics. Methods A total of 122 chiIdren wi th herpangina at Hunan Childrcn，s Hospiteil and Xiangyei Hospiteil were randomly assigned to two groups:the control group (n=61) treated with ribavirin and conventional therapy, and the observation group (n=61) treated with recombinant human IFNa -2 bspray and conventional therapy. The clinical efficacy was evaluate. ResuIts The total cl inical effective rate of the observation group was 80. 3% (49/61) , significantly higher than the control group (63. 9%, 49/61) . The defervescence time, oral and pharynx herpes disappearance time and the eating-recovery time in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group (P0. 05) .During the treatment, there were no adverse drug reactions in both groups. Conclusion Rccombineirit human interferon a -2 bspray has signif icant effect and safety, which can significantly improve the fever course of children with herpangina and shorten the herpes disappearance time and eat
