CONSTRUCTION CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY REMANUFACTURING RESEARCH ON CONSTRUCTl0N AND OPERATION MODE OF REⅦRSE LOGISTICS SYSTEM ABSTRACT By 20 1 5，the construction machinery industry continued to show sluggish trend，and market sales continue to shrink．In order to overcome the adversity， engineering machinery enterprises continued to increase innovaion，research and the development of remanufacturing technology，striving to open up a new path of development of construction machinery．Reverse logistics for the development of construction machinery remanufacturing is particularly important．Based on the background，we have proposed a approach of building remanufacturing reverse logistics system combined with domestic and foreign research literature，and studied its mode of operaion．The main results are as follows： First，building construction machinery remanufacturing reverse logistics system．Drawing on the experience of existing remanufacturing companies，we put forward a specific plan which contained the main aspects of the content, structure and other aspects of the reverse logistics system． Second，summarizing and analyzing remanufacturing reverse logistics system mode of operation．We used Super Decisions and analytic hierarchy process to calculate and analyze the mode of recycling old pieces and the method of logistics to，and chose the most reasonable option． Third，proposing the method of implementation and the model of evaluation of remanufacturing reverse logistics system．Total quality management were used to study a comprehensive method of implementation of reverse logistics systems．Combined with AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation，we established a model of evaluation of remanufacturing reverse logistics system to assess the status of implementation． 万方数据 In In this paper,we have studied the construction，operation，implementation and evaluation of reverse logistics systems，and provided a typical example for the development of construction machinery remanufacturing revers
