These companies need to move out from the city center and to have transformation to protect the environment of the city. Dalian Base of Dongbei Special Steel Group Co. Ltd is such a company. The first, this thesis introduces the general situation of Dongbei Special Steel Group Co. Ltd and then analyzes the general process of the steel factory logistics and logistics management points. And also, this paper analyzes and evaluates the new and old logistics mode of Dalian Base. Finally，the paper analyzed the status and problems of logistics management of the large iron and steel enterprises in China and then through the SWOT analysis to find solutions to this problem.
