骨伤过程中动静结合运动的康复效果探 讨 ［摘要］目的探讨骨伤过程中动静结合运动的康复效果。方法选取2010 年5月~ 2015年6月在我院住院接受骨伤康复治疗的患者85例，按照患者个 人意愿分为观察组43例与对照组42例。对照组采用常规方法，进行石膏固定； 观察组采用小夹板固走，并结合早期活动，即所谓的动静结合运动。观察两组患 者的临床疗效、并发症及出院时间和住院费用。结果观察组的总有效率为 93.02% ,明显高于对照组的80.95% ,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05 ); 观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组，出院时间(4.71±1.33 )周z早于对照组 的(13.59±3.12 )周，住院费用少于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义 (Pv0.05 )o结论骨伤过程中动静结合运动的康复效果良好，可降低患者的 经济负担，减少并发症，值得临床推广应用。 ［关键词］骨伤；动静结合运动；康复效果；康复方法；肌力 ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation exercise in the process of combining static and dynamic fracture. Methods From May 2014 to June 2015 z a total of 85 patients with acute cerebral infarct io n were collected z according to the individual wishes of patients , the patients were divided into observation group ( 43 cases ) and the control group ( 42 cases ) . Control group was fixed with plaster. The observation group was used small splint fixation , and combined with early activities z namely the so-called movement of the combined movement. The clinical efficacy z complications , hospital discharge time and hospitalization costs of the two groups were all observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.02% z which was significantly higher than that of the control group ( 80.95% ) , the d if fere nee betwee n the two groups was sign ifica nt ( P0.05 ) . The incidenee rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group , the discharge time[ ( 4.71±1.33 ) weeks vs (13.59±3.12 weeks ) ] , the hospitalization expense was less than the control group ( P0.05 ) . Conclusion Bone fracture in the process of combining static and dynamic motion rehabilitation effect good , it can reduce the economic burden of patients , reduce the complications , it is worthy of clinical application.
