Study on the Public Space of Commercial Architecture’s Construction and Design Method Specialty: Architectural design and theory Name: Zhang Ning Instructor: Prof. Qiao Zheng Abstr act With the twenty years of China’s reform, the economy of our city has a rapid development, the income and the consumption level also greatly raised, that leads to the prosperity of Chinas commercial activities and commercial buildings of large-scale construction. Now social economic and cultural prosperity development constantly changing peoples life style and concept of value, also give commercial architectural planning and design has brought new challenges. Previous monotonous traditional commercial architecture design method have not adapted to the development of the economy and the demands of the new social situation. The time requests us to carries on the commercial construction by a new idea and view. In order to adapt to the development of The Times demand, commercial building of public space has become the most important part of the commercial buildings. The success of public space design is the measure of the criteria of commercial buildings. In this paper, I take the public space of the commercial building as the research object. Firstly, the paper limits the conspect of the commercial buildings and the public space and divides commercial construction into monomer type and group type.Then, the article carries on the contrastive analysis of the commercial construction’s public space, their important significance and some common defects of currently design of the commercial construction’s public space in our country.Secondly, the paper puts forwad human-oriented design principle of the commercial construction’s public space specially for the defects.and then this article emphasizes to view the commercial architecture space further from the functional and socio-cultural aspects,on the one hand to create a humanity space to satisfy thepersons physical and psychological
