研究生优秀毕业论文 大连理工大学专业学位硕士学位论文摘 大连理工大学专业学位硕士学位论文 摘 要 全球性金融危机使企业的生存和发展面临前所未有的巨大挑战。国内市场环境瞬息 万变，企业如何从容应对，安然度过本轮经济调整周期，并在危机中创造和发现机遇， 发展壮大，从而战胜经济寒冬，尽早实现经济复苏，是每一个企业应该考虑的现实问题， 因此，企业发展战略对企业应对市场竞争压力和生存发展具有重要指导意义。 机电安装行业是我国国民经济建设发展的基础行业，对我国的经济和社会发展起着 至关重要的作用。作为劳动密集型行业，随着人工费及施工成本不断上涨，企业正面临 着激烈的市场竞争环境与利润不断减少的现状，企业生存压力与日俱增。大连德岛机电 企业是一家小型外资机电安装工程公司，近几年在机电安装市场竞争力不断下降，营业 合同额逐年递减，要想立足于本地机电安装行业，就需要对公司战略发展做出科学合理 的规划。本文首先运用PEST分析法对外部环境进行分析，发现公司面临的机会与威胁； 通过内部环境分析，主要通过企业文化、管理、资源、营销等方面具体阐述，找出公司 具有的优势与劣势。运用波特的五力模型对行业环境进行分析，最后通过SWOT分析 矩阵，总结了公司内部和外部环境，根据企业未来发展方向，制定发展战略是“客户优 势核心力量”的发展战略目标；为了保障战略目标能够顺利实施与控制，从完善企业管 理制度、加强人力资源管理、实行绩效管理、信息化建设管理、培育新的企业文化等方 面采取相应措施保证战略的有效实施。 本文的研究结论对大连德岛机电企业未来发展有较大的指导意义，对其他机电安装 公司发展战略的制定具有参考价值。 关键词：机电安装行业；PEST分析；SWOT分析；发展战略 万方数据 大连德岛机电企业发展战略研究Research 大连德岛机电企业发展战略研究 Research on the Development Strategy of DaLian Tokushima Engineering Equipment Installation Co．，Ltd Abstract The survival and development of enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges in global financial crisis．How to roll with the punches and survive this economic adjustment period?
