首都绛济贸易大学硕上学位论文 首都绛济贸易大学硕上学位论文 《且联网金融对传统金融的影响及其应对策略》 摘要 近年来，互联网金融的迅猛发展使传统金融不再是客户办理存款等业务的唯一 渠道，传统金融的地位岌岌可危。面对互联网金融的倒逼，传统金融应如何积极应 对是值得深思的问题。在这样的时代背景下，本文对互联网金融对传统金融的影响 进行了深入研究，并结合当前经济形势和传统金融自身优势提出传统金融应如何面 对互联网金融带来的强烈竞争力。 本文首先回顾国内外学者近几年对互联网金融发展和传统金融发展的看法以 及互联网金融对传统金融影响的研究文献；然后理清互联网、金融、互联网金融这 三者的涵义，概括总结互联网金融主要特点；接着从金融创新理论入手阐述互联网 金融在国内外的发展现状、发展模式，进而利用理论模型对传统金融与互联网金融 进行优劣势对比分析，为论述互联网金融对传统金融的冲击埋下伏笔。通过对传统 金融的优劣势分析以及对互联网金融发展模式进行梳理，分析出互联网金融对传统 金融带来了积极推动作用，也带来了巨大冲击，两者之间存在竞争合作的关系。此 外互联网金融对传统金融的支付格局、经营模式等构成很大的影响。并针对这些影 响分别给出了相应的应对策略，提出完善金融风险管理体系的意见，希望能创造共 赢发展的稳定经济环境。 关键词：互联网金融传统金融金融冲击金融创新共赢发展 万方数据 首都绝济贸易大学硕L学位论爻 首都绝济贸易大学硕L学位论爻 《jL联网金融对传统金融的影响及其应对策略》 Abstract In recent years，the rapid development of Internet banking make the traditional finance is not the only channel for customers to handle deposits and other services，the status of the traditional finance precarious．Forced to face the Internet，how to respond it actively?The traditional finance should be worth thinking about．Under this background， this paper study about Intemet finance impact on the traditional financial in—depth， combined with the current economic situation and traditional finance has its own advantages，the traditional banking should be think how to deal with strong competitiveness which brought by intemet banking． First，this paper reviews the domestic and foreign scholars on the development of Intemet banking and the development of traditional finance views and research literatureson Intemet banking impact on the traditional financial in recent years；Then sort out the meaning of the Intemet，finance，Intemet banking，summed up the four main characteristics of Intemet banking；Nextdescribe the development of Intemet banking in the domestic and foreign and the development model from the perspective of financial innovation theory,then use theoretical model analysis the advantages and disadvantages of t
