房地产销售综合管理系统的设计与实现Design 房地产销售综合管理系统的设计与实现 Design and Implementation of Real Estate Customer Relationship Information Management System Abstract As the economy competition fiercer and fiercer，the customer has apparently become the determination to the company’S future．Therefore the concept of customer relationship management(CRM)becomes more and more important．Scholars increase research investment ratio for customer relationship，aiming to make investment to promote the enterprise improvement and enhance market competitiveness．Information system can improve sales efficient，make the sales process short，and improve customer satisfaction．In this way，using the information management r in the real estate market makes a positive significance． The real estate sales management system can be divided into four modules，which are sales management，marketing management，customer resource management and financial management。Sales management system Can be divided into order information management, agent management,dynamic inventory management and business process management． Marketing management Can be divided into marketing management，market data management and statistical analysis and decision．Customer resource management can be divided into three parts，customer demand management，basic information management and service contract management．Financial management subsystem Can be divided into payment management， collection management，reports，statistics，and current account management．During the system design process，UML is used for system modeling description．Data flow diagram is used to describe the system data dependencies．Entity relationship model is used to model the system in the presence of entities．Activity diagram is used to describe the system activity of sequential or parallel dependencies． In the system functional testing phase，black box and white box testing method are used． The test shows that current system iS stable and can provide service to customers． Key Words：Real Est
