Major work included: firstly, research and analysis of related materials were made, together with the discussion of system plan. Secondly, appropriate compressor was chose according to the plan, and decisions were made concerning the reasonable and reliable refrigeration system. Evaporator was chose according to the load of the equipments. Calculation and choices about other auxiliary equipment were made in accordance with the compressor chosen. An economizer was designed in this paper because an intermediate inhaling process was involved. Thirdly, design of the system pipeline and layout of the machinery-room were carried out. Lastly, brief illustration was made in terms of the pressure-testing and leakage-checking of the system as well as the heat preservation of the pipeline.
