The third part mainly focus about the empirical analysis of the level of development of the cultural industry in Jilin Province, which divides into Construction of Index System and Empirical Analysis. Firstly, this part pointed out the reason of selecting indicators. Then it uses the principal component analysis to process the standardized data and calculates the breakdown and the composite score of the cultural industry in Jilin Province from 1996 to 2011. The fourth part is the conclusions and recommendations. It is mainly about summarizing the situation that we are facing and existing. Then we can make sure the basic idea of the development, put forward suggestions to improving the competitiveness of the cultural industry in Jilin Province Development and summary the text.
