摘要随着全球化的发展和资源配置国际化进程的深化，国与国之间的关系不再是 摘要 随着全球化的发展和资源配置国际化进程的深化，国与国之间的关系不再是 单纯的竞争或合作关系，而是竞争和合作共生的关系。这样技术水平成为了衡量 一个国家竞争力的重要因素，提升技术水平一方面可以通过本国技术创新来自主 实现，另一方面可以通过吸收国际投资和国际贸易等渠道溢出的他国技术来实 现。近年来，国内外的众多研究和实证表明了，国际投资和贸易就像纽带一样不 仅可以提升投资国的技术水平，也可以促进母国的技术进步。 目前国内外对于国际投资的技术溢出效应研究大多集中在外商直接投资对 投资国的技术溢出效应，往往忽略了对外直接投资对母国的逆向技术溢出效应， 在研究国际投资的技术溢出效应的同时，又忽略国际贸易的影响，造成了国际投 资的技术溢出效应的放大化。因此，本文将技术进步、对外直接投资和出口贸易 一并纳入分析框架中，研究对外直接投资和出口贸易与母国技术进步之间的逆向 技术溢出效应。本文首先阐述了经济全球化下的研究背景、研究目的和研究意义， 接着归纳总结了技术溢出效应的相关理论，然后分析了中国对外直接投资和出口 贸易的现状，在此基础上尝试探讨对外直接投资和出口贸易的技术溢出机制，设 法从理论上将对外直接投资和出口贸易纳入一个分析框架，然后，本文在LP模 型的基础上构建了一个对外直接投资和出口贸易的技术溢出效应测度模型，并利 用1992至2008年度国家的数据进行实证分析，同时在模型中引入RD参数， 研究RD对技术吸收能力的影响。最后，本文对全文进行概括和总结并给出相 关政策参考意见。 关键词：对外直接投资，出口贸易，逆向技术溢出效应，RD AbstractWith Abstract With the globalization and intemationalization process，the relations between countries iS no longer a pure competition or cooperation．but the symbiotic relationship between competition and cooperation．Technology is becoming a major factor in national competition．we can enhance the technical level through technological innovation or intemational investment and international trade by leaming，absorption and imitation．In recent years，research and evidence at home or abroad shows that．international investment and trade not only enhance the home countrys’technical level．but alSO promote the invest countrys． At present the research in intemational technology spillover effect iS focus on foreign direct investment’S technological spillover effects．often neglected the technological spillover effects in home countrys．or without considering the impact of international trade in research the technological spillover effects，that maybe enlarging the foreign direct investment’S technological spillover effects．Therefore，this paper bring technology,foreign direct investment and export仃ade together in one analytical framework．research the foreign direct investment and export trade’S technological spillover effects in home country．First，this paper introduce the
