内蒙古科技大学毕业设计（毕业论文） PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 摘要 本设计题目为中间包小车，驱动形式采用了交流电动机驱动，转速可调，结构形式为门型。它的作用是支承、调整、运输、更换中间包。 它的工艺要求是小车结构有利于浇铸、捞渣和烧氧等操作；能在浇铸过程中前后调节水口中心线位置，并且能自动升降，以便于中间包的装卸。主要运用在了连铸机浇铸平台上，将准备好的中间包从准备的位置运输到浇铸位置，利用纵、横向微调和升降机构，使中间包水口对中并插入到结晶器中进行浇铸。升降机构的驱动方式有两种：电动，液压传动。车上设有中间包称量装置，每台中间包都配备四个测力传感器，利用压力变化时引起磁性材料导磁率变化输出的电信号与压力（重量）成正比，以显示中间包内钢水的重量。选用测力传感器的容量取决于中间包满罐的总重。 其主要参数：中间包小车的开进工作速度2-20m/min；升降机构用电动机驱动，丝杠螺母的结构，升降的高度为470mm，行走机构行程为16400mm，对中行程为150mm，最大承载能力为50t。 本文包含了绪论、设计计算、结论三部分。绪论部分简述了中间包车的各个主要部分的特性、技术要求和中间包小车的问题与改进措施。设计计算部分主要对设计参数及强度的校核。结论部分主要是对整个设计过程进行的小结。 关键词：交流电机驱动；电动提升；中间包车；门型；设计计算。 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II Abstract This design titled tundish car, drive form using AC motor drives, speed adjustable, structured as door type.
