At present, healthcare alliance is used to optimize the allocation of medical resources and improving the management efficiency of medical services, construction of minor illness in the community, serious illness in hospitals, rehabilitation back to the community model of diagnosis and treatment as the vehicle of hierarchical medical system in China.
