英文摘要A 英文摘要 A Study on Coordinated Development of City Regions Abstract This research analyzes strategy choices in city competition and institutional organizations of city cooperation well the mechanism through which these two elements exert their influences coordinated development within city regions． This research is based overall examination of the developments in the theories about city region development．It recognizes that prominent tendency of interdisciplinary study in this development and，as contribution to these explorations，suggests the idea that the theoretical building in the of regional geography may draw some help from the experiments of thinking embodied in systematic science and game theory． Methodologically，this research designs framework which establishes both eity competition and regipaul cooperation two essential coordinates for analysis．Within such framework，it explores the possibility of applying the methods of system science，non-cooperation game theory and cooperation game theory to the problems concerning the coordinated developments within city re茁ons． This research is further supported by series of studies which help to demonstrate with concrete examples the complicated relationship between city competition，city cooperation and regional coordinated development．On the basis of these studies。this research also provides some practical suggestions for the managemental intervention in the development of city competition and cooperation． This research consists of the following six chapters． Chapter One：Literature Review 1)Discussions the related concepts concerning city regions 21 A comprehensive review the related resealches about city regions Chapter Two：The Framework for the Thesis and the Design for山e Research． Chapter Three：The Systematic Analysis the Coordinated Development of City Regions 1)Systematic analysis the characters and the realizing process of coordinated development of city regions 2) Revelation of the research of local mle in c
