Abstract Information technology has revolutionized impact on the development of education. In the key period of opportunity of technological change education of information technology continuous development in depth, it is very important to explore information technology and education to achieve full integration of depth. This study consider the classroom as a research object which is the main battlefield of teaching activities, and according to on the model of visual-teach- research-innovation, and construct theory and curriculum platform of M-Learning resource based on class. First, on the basis of in-depth research, this study suggests that promoting deep integration of information technology and education should rely on classroom integration, and define the meaning of classroom integration. Secondly, based on the connotation of classroom integration, this study analyse the presence of the many drawbacks of traditional classroom teaching and learns the model of visual-teach- research-innovation, and propose to adapt to the new mobile classroom learning resources which is named M-Learning resource based on class.
