The effects of process param eters, such as molar ratio, reaction temperature, reaction tmi e and catalyst on the yieldw ere studied respectively from the orthogonal expermi ent. The su itab le synthes is cond itionsw ere defined as fol- low s: triethylam ine is the sutib le catalyst, its dosage is 20% of the am ount of al;l themolar ratio of trmi ethylolpropane, trmi ethyl phosph ite and trmi ethyl phosphate is 110 1 107; in the first step, the reaction tem perature is 80- 85 , and the reaction tmi e is 5 hours; in the second step, the reaction tem perature is 180- 185 , and the reaction tmi e is 16 hours. On the above conditions, the synthesis productivity is 906% . The structure of the product was corfirmed by IR. TG test show ed it had h igh residual char rate.
