A A Dissertation Submitted to Guangdong University of Technology for the Degree of Master (Master of Engineering) Study on value—added service for power customer segmentation Candidate：Lu Haiming Supervisor：Associate Prof．Meng Anbo May 2016 School of Automation Guangdong University of Technology Guangzhou，Guangdong，P．R．China，51 0006 万方数据 摘要摘 摘要 摘 要 为了适应社会和经济发展的需要，南方电网公司提出以“万家灯火南网情深” 为指导思想，通过对客户进行分类管理，并依此制定客户营销服务策略，为客户提 供差异化服务和产品，促进客户服务水平进一步提高。在此tq标的指导下，茂名供 电局也适时开展了客户分类的相关工作，旨在通过识别不同客户群体的用电特征， 为客户提供个性化营销和服务。但在实际操作中，客户分类工作主要依靠人工手段， 存在主观因素和经验因素较多，效率低下的问题。同时细分模型缺乏科学、细致的 指标体系，给客户细分工作带来不少困难，难以真正为客户提供有个性化的营销和 服务。 为更加充分地了解客户特点，精准地把握客户诉求，并依此制定客户营销服务 策略，提升客户满意度，本文以茂名市电力客户为研究对象，根据现有客户群的特 点，探讨了具有实际可操作性的电力客户细分方法。茂名供电局陆续开展了信息采 集系统的建设，拥有较为完备的数据库系统，存储了海量的客户用电数据，为采用 数据挖掘进行客户细分提供了硬件条件。作为数据挖掘中核心技术之一的K—means 聚类算法，在客户细分研究中Et益重要。但K—means算法存在聚类结果受初始中心 值的影响较大、算法容易陷入局部最优的问题。有鉴于此，本文针对K．means算法 存在的不足，提出了基于改进纵横交叉算法的K．means聚类算法，并对其进行了较 为深入的研究。以此为基础，本课题研发了一套面向供电企业的电力客户细分及增 值服务系统，利用新算法对茂名地区客户进行分析，形成各具特点的客户群，并根 据不同需求特征，为客户群定制个性化的增值服务菜单。 关键词：客户细分；聚类分析；增值服务；纵横交叉算法；K．means算法 万方数据 广东工业大学硕士学位论文ABSTRACT 广东工业大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT In order to meet the needs of social and economic development，China Southern Power Grid Company Put forward the core value concept，Its slogan is”Light of million homes，Love from CSG’．Through the establishment of customer segmentation model and the development of customer marketing service strategy，Southern Power Grid provides differentiated services and products with customers，which contributes to the increase in customer service levels further．under the guidance of this goal，Maoming power supply bureau also timely carry out the relevant work of customer classification， SO that provide customers with personalized marketing and services via identifying different customer groups with the of electrical characteristics．however，customer segmentation is finished by artificial means in the actual operation，which have many problems，for example，too many subjective factors and experience fac
