DTII型固定式带式输送机 摘要 带式输送机是最常用的同体物料的连续输送机，广泛应用于国民经济各行各 业屮。本次毕业设计是关于DTII型固定式带式输送机的设计。首先对胶带输送 机作了简单的概述；接着分析了胶带输送机的选型原则及计算方法；然后根据这 些设计准则与计算选型方法按照给定参数耍求进行选型设计；接着对所选择的输 送机各主要零部件进行了校核。普通型带式输送机由六个主要部件组成：传动装 置，机尾或导冋装置，中部机架，拉紧装置以及胶带。最后简单的说明了输送机 的安装与维护。 目前，胶带输送机正朝着长距离，高速度，低摩擦的方向发展，近年来出现 的气垫式胶带输送机就是其屮的一个。在胶带输送机的设计、制造以及应用方而, 目前我国与国外先进水平相比仍冇较大差距,国内在设计制造带式输送机过程屮 存在着很多不足。 本设计的内容包扌禺带式输送机的应用、分类、发展状况、工作原理、结构、 布置方式、及运行阻力；带式输送机的主要零部件的常规设计计算和主要零部件 的强度校核，主要包括传动功率和输送带张力的计算和校核；驱动装置的选用； 输送机部件的选用，主耍冇输送机、传动滚筒、制动装置、该向装置、拉紧装置 关键字：输送机、传动滚筒、制动装置、该向装置、拉紧装置 Abstract Belt conveyor is the most commonly used solid material continuous conveyor, widely used in national economy all trades and professions. This graduation project is about the DT II type fixed belt conveyor design. The belt conveyor is summarized; and then analyzes the principles of selection of belt conveyor and its calculation method; then according to these design guidelines and the calculation and selection methods according to the given parameters selection of design; then the choice of main parts and components of the conveyor is checked?
